Author Alan Lakein once said that “failing to plan is planning to fail”. I often book a day in advance for airport transfers. I’m willing to pay more as long as I don’t miss my plane. For users of the Johor Bahru-Singapore cross-border taxi service, they can now book up to 90 days in advance.
The service, which is currently in Beta stage, allows bookings as early as 90 days or as late as 12 hours before the trip. In conjunction with this service still in Beta stage, a 25% discount will be given to customers who book in advance. This feature is only open to customers in Johor Bahru and Singapore at this time.
Grab started offering the JB-Singapore cross-border taxi service in May. When it was launched, advance bookings could only be made 7 days before the desired travel date.
