Two months after the launch of Muse Spark, Meta this morning announced a new model, Muse Spark 1.1, which is currently only available to developers. Spark 1.1 is said to have the ability to program, use external tools and software, generate images and videos, and perform complex tasks that require multiple steps to complete.
Spark 1.1 was announced two days after the launch of Muse Image and Muse Video. It is being promoted as the most capable model for programming and real-world AI agent tasks with the goal of producing the “personal artificial intelligence” that Mark Zuckerberg promised when he founded Meta Superintelligence Labs last year.
Muse Spark 1.1 is now available to developers as an early preview. It is expected to replace the Llama model in chatbots on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and even Meta smart glasses.
