ASUS introduces three new models of the ExpertBook series in Malaysia, namely the P3 G1, P5 G1 and PM5 G2. All of these models are specifically developed to meet the needs of modern workspaces with a combination of high performance, comprehensive security and guaranteed durability.
The ExpertBook P3 G1 uses a 14-inch WUXGA display with a 16:10 ratio using a Value-IPS panel that provides wide viewing angles, glare-free and brightness of up to 300 nits. This is matched with a choice of Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 255H or Intel Core Ultra 5 Processor 225H CPU, which is combined with Intel AI Boost NPU up to 13 TOPS, Intel Graphics/Arc GPU and 16GB DDR5 RAM memory. Storage support up to 6TB is provided to give users complete freedom to adjust the capacity according to their needs. In terms of connectivity, it is equipped with Thunderbolt 4, USB-C Gen 2, HDMI 2.1 and RJ45 to provide a comprehensive user experience in various modern work scenarios.
The ExpertBook P5 G1 offers either a 14-inch or 16-inch WUXGA OLED display with a 16:10 ratio and brightness of up to 300 nits. It is paired with an Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 255H CPU with Intel AI Boost NPU up to 13 TOPS and Intel Graphics GPU. This model also comes with a 5MP camera with IR support for Windows Hello and a built-in privacy cover. In terms of memory, it comes with 32GB DDR5 that can be upgraded to 64GB, while internal storage starts at 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. I/O options include Thunderbolt 4, USB-C Gen 2, USB-A, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet and HDMI 2.1.
The ExpertBook PM5 G2 comes with two non-touch OLED display options, namely 14 inches with 100% DCI-P3 color coverage and 16 inches with 95% DCI-P3 color coverage. It also offers two CPU options, namely AMD Ryzen AI 7 445 or AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 470, along with AMD Radeon 840M or 890M GPUs. The laptop uses a 79Wh battery, 32GB DDR5 memory that can be upgraded to 64GB and 1TB SSD PCIe 4.0 internal storage. In terms of connectivity, it provides USB 4.0 Type-C, USB-C Gen 2, USB-A, RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI 2.1 and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.
All models in the new ExpertBook series come with Windows 11 Home as the base operating system. For business use, ASUS recommends Windows 11 Pro because it offers more comprehensive security and management functions. The retail price in Malaysia is as follows:

All models also come with ASUS Business Advantage, which includes up to three years of on-site warranty, one year of ASUS LADP protection worth RM350 for accidental damage such as drops, liquid spills and power surges, a 3-year McAfee Security subscription and a year of free VPN worth up to RM2,578.
