The Insta360 Luna Pro has launched globally, two weeks after its debut in China. This compact gimbal camera features a single-lens setup equipped with a 1-inch sensor—developed in collaboration with Leica—distinguishing it from the dual-camera Luna Ultra released last June.
The Luna Pro offers recording capabilities of up to 8K30fps with Dolby Vision, alongside support for 4K120fps and vertical 4K recording. It includes up to 4x digital zoom, supported by AI technology designed to preserve image detail. At maximum zoom, the camera can capture 80mm-equivalent portrait footage at 4K60fps, making it ideal for long-range shooting.
The Luna Pro features a lighter design, weighing approximately 215g, while retaining the camera's key strengths. These include an 1,150mAh battery, a 3-axis stabilization system with FlowState technology, and multi-microphone audio support via Mic Pro. Like the Luna Ultra, it also comes with a detachable remote control.
In Malaysia, it is priced at RM2,099 for the Standard version and RM2,579 for the Creator version, available in Cosmic Black and Stellar White.
