The OnePlus 16, the company's next flagship phone, has officially launched in China. It arrives with a host of cutting-edge specifications, positioning it to compete with other offerings on the market.
The OnePlus 16 features a 6.78-inch display with a refresh rate of up to 165Hz. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chip, complemented by an additional G3 eSports chip designed to enhance the gaming experience. The device comes in 12GB and 16GB RAM variants, with storage options reaching up to 1TB.
For photography, it utilizes a rear camera setup featuring a 200-megapixel main lens, paired with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP telephoto lens with 6x zoom. A 50-megapixel camera is included on the front.
Rounding out the device's specifications is a massive 9000mAh battery with support for 100W SuperVOOC charging.
For now, the OnePlus 16 is available exclusively in China. OnePlus has not yet announced plans for a global release, including for the Malaysian market.
