Honor has introduced the Pad X7b to the Malaysian market—a tablet designed for daily use by the entire family. Notably, the device comes equipped with a range of child-friendly features, including a dedicated space for children, usage controls, and eye-protection functions.
The Pad X7b features a 9.7-inch 2K LCD display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Snapdragon 685 processor, paired with 4GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and support for a microSD card of up to 2TB. The tablet boasts a metal build and houses an 8,000mAh battery, making it well-suited for everyday tasks such as learning and entertainment.
A key highlight is 'Honor Kids,' a specialized interface designed for children. Through this feature, parents can set usage time limits, manage accessible applications, and monitor the content their children consume. Honor has also integrated several eye-care features—such as a blue light filter, an e-book mode, and usage-distance reminders—to help reduce eye fatigue during extended periods of tablet use.
The Honor Pad X7b is available in two variants: a Wi-Fi model priced at RM699 and an LTE model priced at RM799. The latter includes a complimentary Flip Cover (valued at RM159). The tablet can be purchased at Honor Experience Stores, the official website, and selected authorized retailers across Malaysia.
