Users Complain about #OVO Problems, Can't Top Up and Transactions

 


OVO users complain that their service is hampered. Through Twitter, netizens enlivened the hashtag #OVOBer trouble by mentioning the official @ovo_id account.

"I top up ovo but the balance doesn't come in. I top up 2 times this morning," said one user.


"Check dm, top up via bank the balance doesn't add up. can't make transactions," complained another.



"The top up of the Ovo Notif balance was successful, how come the balance is still 0? Please, how is this my DM's response, I can't even call the call center," said another user.


This disturbance has been observed since Friday (8/10/2021) morning. Currently, complaints are still coming in, and user complaints who experience the same thing are still growing.


In response to the disturbance, the @ovo-id account seeks to answer user complaints. The admin of the account redirects the conversation to direct messages or direct messages to users who complain to resolve the issue.



"Hi Sis, I'm sorry for the problems you experienced. You can move to DM, let me help you check," replied the admin to one of the users.


So far, it is not known what causes the disturbance experienced by OVO users.
