Asus announced a partnership with Sony Pictures. The collaboration between the two is manifested in the ROG Strix G35 gaming desktop themed Spider-Man: No Way Home.
"ROG is not only designed for gamers, but also young people who are interested in technology, science, and pop culture like Peter Parker in Spider-Man: No Way Home," said Jimmy Lin, Asus Regional Director Southeast Asia.
Asus makes ROG Strix G35 in line with the theme of Spider-Man: No Way Home, which has a very unique and futuristic design. The front and top of the case use a windshear design which not only makes it more attractive, but also maximizes airflow.
The cooling system itself carries a dual-chamber. The cooling system divides the ROG Strix G35 case into two parts. On the left is the motherboard, CPU, and graphics card. While on the right there is a power supply.
The dual-chamber system also makes the component space in ROG Strix G35 more spacious and allows for smoother air circulation. To maximize cooling, a liquid cooling system is also used to cool the CPU. Users are promised to be able to fully control the entire cooling system through the Armory Crate application.
To make it easier for users, ROG Strix G35 is also equipped with a handle so that it is easier to move. On the handle there is also a slot for a keystone that functions like a key that allows users to save and apply profiles and settings in the Armory Crate. Not only that, the keystone can also be used to unlock Shadow Drives or special storage drives with hidden encryption features.
Access to I/O ports is also easier. At the top of the case are two USB Type-A ports and one USB Type-C port so you don't have to connect every device that uses both ports to the back of this gaming desktop PC. In addition, there are also two 3.5mm audio ports that function as input and output. Again, the headset doesn't need to be connected to the 3.5mm port on the back of the ROG Strix G35.
ROG Strix G35 is equipped with powerful hardware. The kitchen is powered by a processor up to Intel i9-11900KF which can be driven up to 5.2GHz and
has a configuration of 8 cores and 8 threads.
Asus also installed an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 LHR graphics card. The graphics card with a special cooling system is equipped with 10GB of DDR6X VRAM and supports various latest graphics technologies such as real-time ray tracing up to DLSS 2.0.
This graphics card also makes ROG Strix G35 appear not only as a machine for playing games. Suitable for content creation and other activities that require high computing performance such as simulation and 3D modeling.
ROG Strix G35 is also equipped with fast and spacious storage, which is a combination of NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSD and 3.5" 7200RPM SATA HDD. Both have 1TB storage capacity so users don't have to worry about performance and storage capacity.
