Chinese Government Agencies Directed To Dispose Of Foreign Branded Computers Completely Within Two Years

Over the past two to three years, the Chinese government has had to face various restrictions from the U.S. government that have not only made it difficult for Chinese companies to do business in the country, but also to purchase new hardware and components from companies. America.

After a while, China seems to be ready to no longer use electronic devices or computers from brands that come from outside China. Chinese government agencies were recently instructed to dispose of foreign-branded computers entirely within two years, according to a Bloomberg report.

The agencies have received instructions to replace these computers with local brand computers that use operating systems developed in the country as well.

It is expected that as many as 50 million computers will be converted at the government agency level alone over the next two years, and this will result in a very sharp reduction in computer sales for US computer brands such as Dell and HP.

In fact, it would not be so surprising if computer brands from China such as Lenovo and Huawei will start offering computers powered by local processing chips such as the Zhaoxin KX-6000 for use in government agencies in the future.

These changes are seen to affect only the government sector, and not the private consumer computer industry. Even so, with the number of computers that need to be exchanged, it is certainly seen to have an impact on the earnings of non-Chinese computer companies in some of these financial quarters.
