Drawing AIC 2022 Arena of Valor

 


Garena and Level Infinite have officially announced the draw for AIC 2022.

Later, there will be a total of 16 participants from 10 different regions. They must compete in the Group stage first, starting from 16 to 19 June.


They will compete using a single round-robin match format, in a statement received by us, Thursday (2/6/2022).




The 2022 AIC Group Stage itself will be divided into two phases. First in the Best of 1 (Bo1) format on 16 – 17 June 2022, where the top three teams from each group advance to phase two.


The top teams then compete on June 18 and 19 in the playoffs. The match format uses Best of 2 (Bo2), and global ban pick rules are applied, in an effort to improve team strategy and diversity.


The playoffs consist of the Quarter Finals (June 23 - 26) and Semi Finals (July 2 - 3) in a double elimination format. Meanwhile, the Grand Final will be held on 10 July.


The two of them not only competed for the championship title, but also huge cash prizes. The total itself reached USD 2 million , and the best team was entitled to take home USD 700 thousand o.

All participants came from 10 different regions. Starting from SEA Wildcard (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines), Garena Challenger Series (GCS), ROV Pro League (RPL), Arena of Galory (AOG), AOV Star League (ASL Indonesia), Brazil, Western Europe, Turkey, Middle East and North Africa.
