Elon Musk today threatened to cancel its intention to buy Twitter for claiming the social media platform is not transparent with the actual number of users as opposed to bots. In a document filed to the FCC today, Musk said Twitter is actively blocking and fighting his requests about the actual number of bots versus actual users.
He will only agree to buy Twitter if the company can prove that the total bot account is less than 5% as previously filed. This issue just a few weeks ago caused Musk to quarrel openly with Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal.
Since announcing its intention to buy Twitter for $ 44 billion last month, Musk has attacked a platform that is said to be biased towards left -wing users and attacked some high -profile staff.
