Doogee is a manufacturer that often produces smartphones with durable and shock-resistant capabilities. Most recently, the Doogee S89 series has been announced as an updated model for the previous Doogee S88 series. There are two variants of the introduced model namely Doogee S89 and Doogee S89 Pro.
Both feature a unique design along with RGB lighting on the back. Known as Breathing Light, the color and pattern of this lighting can be customized according to the user's needs. This color can also be used for alerts, incoming phone calls and voice commands.
For specifications, both come with a 6.3-inch LCD FHD+ Dot Display screen, powered by a MediaTek Helio P90 chip, 8GB RAM memory, 256GB internal storage and a large-capacity 12,000mAh battery. All of these components are also housed in a frame that passes IP68, IP69K and MIL STD-810G standards.
The device however supports charging systems with different output powers. Where, Doogee S89 Pro supports 65W charging which can fully charge the device in around 2 hours. Meanwhile, Doogee S89 is equipped with a 33W charging system. A tri-camera system is also used with a 64MP + 20MP + 8MP setup and a 16MP selfie camera on the Doogee S89 Pro. Meanwhile, Doogee S89 uses 48MP + 20MP + 8MP along with a 20MP selfie camera.
Other specifications include running Android 12, NFC, reverse charging support, custom buttons and so on.
