AirAsia Confirms Their Systems Were Victims of Cyber Attacks

 

Capital A Berhad through an announcement on Bursa Malaysia, confirmed which of their systems has been the subject of a recent cyber attack.

AirAsia emphasized that it did not affect their critical systems, and that the company has taken all measures in addressing the problem.

However, AirAsia did not touch on the report saying that as many as five million user data were affected under this cyber attack.

Previously, earlier this week it was reported that AirAsia had been attacked with a ransomware attack, including the data of five million AirAsia customers and employees affected.
