Mark Zuckerberg today announced some new features on the WhatsApp Messenger messaging app. One of the announcements was the ability to conduct polls and direct voting on the messaging application.
With this step, it will further simplify the process of getting feedback in a group.
Previously, users usually had to provide feedback in the form of text or emoji reactions. With this new feature, it makes the process of getting feedback even easier – and shows the results in real time to users in WhatsApp Groups.
This new feature will be rolled out gradually to everyone in the coming weeks.
