The latest developments reveal the existence of a new Motorola smartphone known as the Moto X40 Pro which is now leaked on the web arena. It is believed to use a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, and also has IP68 features as additional protection. Its design has also been shown in several mock-up images shared by OnLeaks in collaboration with MySmartprice.
The perforated front screen with a relatively thin bezel size is still maintained like the previous generation. The difference is in the main camera arrangement, which now has two large sensors and another small one. The LED Flash position is also now placed in the same camera module as the sensors.
The power button and audio controls can be found on the right side. Meanwhile, the left side is left blank. The SIM slot can be found at the bottom, which is placed along with the USB-C port and a speaker that is believed to be a stereo type. It follows another speaker also visible on the top side of the smartphone.
No specific launch date is known as of yet. However, there is a possibility that this smartphone will be announced in the near future.
