Synology BeeStation Plus Introduced with 8TB Storage Options

In addition to announcing the launch of the Synology PAS7700 storage solution during Computex Taipei, Synology has also announced the latest offering in their consumer NAS storage series, the Synology BeeStation Plus.

The previous Synology BeeStation NAS storage offered 1TB to 4TB of storage. With the latest Synology BeeStation Plus offering, the latest storage capacity of this product is as high as 8TB built-in.

In terms of design, it is seen to have the same Synology BeeStation design as before. It also comes with two USB ports, including one USB 3.2 Type-A port and one USB 3.2 Type-C port, one RJ-45 port that supports 1GbE wired internet connection.

In terms of software support, you can access this NAS using a web browser by entering the NAS IP address when it is connected to the internet network, or you can use the BeeStation for Desktop software for computers, or the BeePhotos and BeeFiles applications for Android and iOS operating systems when you want to access it.

BeeStation Plus also comes with built-in support for Plex video streaming software, so if you're someone who stores a lot of videos and wants an easy way to access them, you can use this NAS storage as a "server machine" to access your content quickly and easily.

Synology says that the BeeStation Plus NAS storage has already started to be offered in the global market, but for the local market, it looks like we'll have to wait a little longer.
