Luno Malaysia has announced that the Securities Commission of Malaysia has approved two more digital assets for local users, namely Hedera (HBAR) and The Graph (GRT). Both digital assets have been added to Luno’s offering, allowing local users to access them through Luno’s digital wallet.
Hedera (HBAR): Hedera is a high-performance, energy-efficient public blockchain that uses hashgraph consensus for fast, secure and low-cost transactions. It offers predictable fees and enterprise-grade governance, enabling the development of sustainable and scalable decentralized applications (dApps).
The Graph (GRT): The Graph is a decentralized indexing protocol that simplifies the search of blockchain data. It helps developers build efficient and reliable dApps across multiple blockchains.
With the addition of these two new cryptocurrencies, it brings the total number of digital assets offered by Luno to 22 for Malaysian users.
Luno also said they have proposed 25 digital assets to the SC so far, and 22 have been approved and are available on Luno.
