Exabytes is a household name in the cloud hosting and storage arena. Most recently, they have opened and launched the Cloud Center of Excellence in Penang, developed in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Forward College.
Through this center, Exabytes aims to continue to develop more local talents with expertise in cloud and digitalization. It is also expected to become one of the leading innovation centers in the region.
In parallel with this, Exabytes will support approximately 20 students through higher education sponsorship with Forward College – where upon completion of their studies, they will be offered employment with Exabytes for three years.
Exabytes also shared that they are also planning to organize industry events in several locations, including Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Indonesia. This conference is expected to bring together various industry experts and those in the same industry in one place to exchange ideas, and learn about various current trends. Exabytes emphasizes that they will continue to be determined to champion SMEs through their offerings.
