Intel has recently been seen in the process of reducing their management workforce, but the company seems to still be going ahead with their plan to launch a new CPU series.
Recently, it was reported that Intel will introduce the Arrow Lake Refresh processor series by the end of this year. It is an update to the existing Arrow Lake processor series, and is expected to come with better speed and NPU (AI processing chip) capabilities.
In addition to the higher base speed and Turbo Boost rates, it will also use the new NPU4 chip. This new NPU chip allows it to come with at least 40 AI TOPS which will make it a Copilot+ desktop CPU that can take advantage of all the new AI features of the Windows 11 operating system.
Intel is expected to introduce the Arrow Lake Refresh processor series around the end of the third quarter or early fourth quarter of this year, and will still support existing LGA1851 motherboards.
