xAI also doesn’t want to miss out on offering generative image and video generation features. Last weekend, the Grok app was updated with the Imagine feature which allows users to generate images and videos. The Imagine video generation feature will produce 6-second clips complete with matching audio, similar to what Google Veo 3 is capable of.
This latest generative AI generation feature is accessible to Heavy and Premium+ customers on iOS and only for Heavy customers on Android. In addition to generating videos using prom, Imagine users can also upload images which are then animated into short 6-second videos complete with audio.
