Google today introduced a new subscription plan offering specifically focused on developing countries, called Google AI Plus. Google offers access to a number of premium features, but on a limited basis and at a lower subscription price.
Through Google AI Plus, it offers access to the Gemini 2.5 Pro model, 200 credits for video generation in Flow, access to image-to-video generation through Veo 2, Gemini support in GMail, and also 200GB storage for Google Drive and Photos.
In Indonesia, users can subscribe for IDR75,000, which is around RM19 per month. It is not yet known when Google will expand this offering to other developing countries.
