Affinity’s creative apps have now been merged into one and are now free to use forever. With this, the three separate apps Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer and Affinity Publisher are now known as just Affinity. Users can still edit photos, create vector images and do layouts through a single app.
Although Affinity is a free app, all the features offered through the paid versions of Affinity Photo, Affinity Designer and Affinity Publisher are still accessible without any restrictions. The only thing that is blocked is access to the artificial intelligence (AI) feature Canva AI Studio offered by the premium Canva plan. This app can also format other app files in PSD, AI, IDML and DWG formats.
Affinity is available for download for Windows and Mac computers today. An iPad version is currently in development.
