Instax Mini LiPlay+ was launched as a hybrid camera that combines instant camera functions with a built-in printer. It is equipped with two cameras, one on the back as the main camera and another wide-angle on the front for selfies.
This camera also supports Layered Photo mode that allows users to combine images from the front and rear cameras in one print. It is also equipped with Bluetooth connectivity to connect to smartphone applications.
This allows users to control this camera remotely, print photos from the phone and customize images according to needs. In addition, new audio features are introduced through Instax Sound Print and Instax Sound Album technologies that allow sound recordings to be included with printed photos.
Instax Mini LiPlay+ comes with a choice of shooting modes such as Rich, Natural and various other interesting filters. It is also equipped with a self-timer function that can be set up to 10 seconds. This camera is compatible with all types of Instax mini films available in the market.
The Instax Mini LiPlay+ will be available for £189.99 (~RM1072) but there is no word yet on when it will be available in Malaysia. A dedicated protective case is available separately for £29.99 (~RM170). At the same time, the new Instax mini soft Glitter film has also been launched with a suggested retail price of £8.99 (~RM51) for a pack of 10 films.
