Vivo X300 Series Details First Revealed – Also Passes SIRIM Malaysia



Vivo is scheduled to launch the X300 series in China on October 13, 2025 and some key specifications have been shared ahead of the official launch.


The X300 series will be equipped with the VS1 image processing chip developed by Vivo to improve display accuracy and recording clarity. It also features a ZEISS 200MP main camera sensor that supports high-definition images for portrait and landscape photography.


The device also supports an LED system with zoom capabilities at various focal lengths and allows lighting to be adjusted according to the situation. For video recording, it offers 4K120FPS resolution with Dolby Vision support to produce bright visuals with a balanced color range and contrast.


In terms of performance, this device uses the Dimensity 9500 chip in collaboration with MediaTek and is built on the Blue Crystal architecture. This chip is designed to offer high energy efficiency and stable performance for heavy application use.


The device also runs the OriginOS 6 operating system with a new interface that offers improvements in terms of smooth animations, resource management and applications without affecting the existing Android experience. This system is also expected to replace FuntouchOS for the global version.


Not to be outdone, the Vivo X300 comes with a thickness of 7.95mm which offers a balance between comfort and design. In Malaysia, this device was also found listed on the SIRIM certification site, indicating that its launch is likely to happen in the near future.
