Google is ready to develop its own TPU chips that can be used to power servers and data centers, including for use involving artificial intelligence. In fact, there have recently been rumors that Meta may use Google's offerings, as an alternative to NVIDIA.
This move has led analysts to target Google or its parent company, Alphabet, to generate up to $900 billion through semiconductor offerings to third parties, especially focusing on artificial intelligence - thus stealing some of the revenue that NVIDIA currently dominates.
It is also targeted, it is not impossible that the business will continue to grow, and be able to generate higher revenue than the existing Google Cloud.
For now, Google is ready to announce that it will supply chips to Anthropic, in powering their offerings. With NVIDIA chips being more expensive and difficult to find, it is seen that Google has an advantage in gaining market share in this arena if they start offering their chips to outside parties.
At the same time, it was also emphasized that Google is the only company that has advantages in the artificial intelligence arena at every level and layer – from Gemini, Google Cloud, TPU, even in terms of access to data.
