The purchase and redemption of My50, Rapid Kota and Rapid Kembara Passes via the MyRapid PULSE and MyRapid Shop applications will be discontinued starting December 31, 2025. Rapid KL said that after the purchase of My50 passes, they can only be done via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet application or at Rapid KL customer service counters and selected bus hubs.
For Rapid Kota and Rapid Kembara passes, purchases can only be made via Rapid KL customer service counters and selected bus hubs starting tomorrow. With this announcement, customers are expected to be aware that support for purchases via the two MyRapid PULSE and MyRapid Shop applications will no longer be possible.
