In September, NVIDIA said it would invest $5 billion in Intel. In line with that, it now appears that NVIDIA's purchase of Intel shares has been completed.
This share purchase has also previously received approval from US authorities.
Previously, it was announced that the two parties would work more closely together in the development of products focused on PCs and data centers, including those involving artificial intelligence. In addition, both parties will also integrate each other's product architectures.
In addition to NVIDIA, the US government has previously also obtained an equity stake in Intel.
