Instagram previously introduced the ability to control the Reels display algorithm in the United States on a limited basis. Now, starting today, the feature is also being expanded to Instagram users around the world who use the app with English settings.
With this support, users can select the Reels topics you want to watch or see in the Reels tab, and then the algorithm will display only relevant content.
With this step, users will be able to see the content they like, and indirectly spend more time on the app.
This new feature is being rolled out to all users around the world. It is not yet known when this feature will be introduced to users using Instagram in other language settings.
