Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is now emphasizing that all government departments need to take the implementation and use of digital seriously, and use various administrative tasks online, except those bound by legal provisions.
In an effort to further speed up matters and save time, the Prime Minister also proposed the use of artificial intelligence to create initial drafts in responding to official letters, before adding personal input in correcting or improving them.
This is also expected to make matters more efficient, and a response can be done faster than before which had to be drafted manually.
