EPOS360 is a smart system for business transactions and payments offered through mini-programs in the TNG eWallet application. Through it, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia can leverage various artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools to support business growth. The platform is fully integrated with the TNG eWallet ecosystem, allowing SMEs to access point-of-sale functions, transaction features and various additional tools.
Through EPOS360, SMEs can gain access to AI-based tools that help them digitize their operations and transform the way they manage sales and marketing. Among the features offered are:
Digital menu creation in seconds – users only need to press the Create with AI option, take a picture of the menu, and then the system will use image recognition technology to produce a digital menu that can be reviewed and re-edited.
Automatic generation of creative materials in various formats – this system allows users to automatically produce promotional materials in various forms, whether for posting on social media or for use as promotions at the counter via EPOS360 BlueTap.
Launch campaigns with just one click – this feature will make it easier for SMEs to implement marketing campaigns quickly, and is expected to be available in the near future.
Voucher redemption and QR tap-to-pay functions – this feature allows users to easily redeem vouchers and make payments using QR tap-to-pay, thus making the transaction experience smoother and more user-friendly.
Customized online store – this feature allows SMEs to build and manage a digital store according to their needs while expanding their sales channels online.
Accessing the EPOS360 Mini Program is also very easy. Registered SMEs only need to open the TNG eWallet application, then select the EPOS360 icon and the mini program will be launched automatically.
As part of this initiative, TNG also introduced the EPOS360 BlueTap, a smart payment terminal that supports various payment methods in one system. Through it, users in Malaysia now have the opportunity to carry out transactions by simply touching using TNG eWallet to make the payment process easier.
The experience of using the EPOS360 BlueTap is almost similar to Apple Pay because it operates via contactless technology (contactless/NFC). With this support, users only need to touch their smartphone or smart device equipped with NFC function on the payment terminal, and the transaction can be completed in a simpler and safer way.
In addition, this terminal also supports DuitNow QR as well as most major eWallets and is expected to add support for card payments in the near future. With this capability, BlueTap has the potential to be one of the important additional options in the effort to strengthen the digital payment ecosystem in Malaysia.
