Huawei has launched the MatePad 11.5” Standard Edition in Malaysia. This tablet is specially designed for productivity as it comes with a spacious 11.5-inch screen. Apart from that, it targets students and young professionals who want a lightweight but still powerful device.
MatePad 11.5 is equipped with a 2456 × 1600 pixel resolution LCD panel, 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 600 nits. It uses a metal unibody design with a thickness of only 6.1mm and a weight of 515g to make it easy to carry with the keyboard without exceeding 1kg.
This tablet comes with the HarmonyOS 4.3 operating system, combined with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. It can also run multi-tasking smoothly including the Split-Screen function to open several applications simultaneously. It also supports the use of Smart Split Keyboard for a better productivity experience.
A 10,100mAh battery is provided that supports charging fast 40W. In addition, it is also equipped with the WPS Office 3.0 application and Huawei Notes with AI Handwriting Enhancement function that supports templates and display elements for more organized notes. As a complement, it offers a 13MP f/1.8 rear camera, 8MP front camera and four stereo audio systems.
