Vivo has officially launched the V70 and V70 Elite in India. Vivo has reintroduced the square body design that was used on the V23 model after several generations with a curved screen. The two models share most of the internal hardware but the main differences lie in the processor chip and memory and storage capacity.
The standard version, the Vivo V70, is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip with an option of 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.1 internal storage. Meanwhile, the Vivo V70 Elite uses the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip with a memory option of up to 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. These memory and storage configurations may vary by market in each region.
In terms of display, both come with a 6.59-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 5000 nits. The camera department features a main system with a 50MP ZEISS (OIS) + 50MP ZEISS telephoto (OIS) + 8MP ZEISS ultra-wide setup while the 50MP front camera also uses ZEISS technology.
A 6500mAh battery is provided with 90W fast charging support, in addition to passing IP68 and IP69 waterproof ratings. Other specifications include Bluetooth 5.4 support, stereo speakers and the OriginOS 6 interface based on Android 16 which ensures a smoother user experience.
