Unifi TV today made a surprise announcement, saying it has reached an agreement with Warner Bros Discovery, which will offer four premium HBO channels exclusively through Unifi TV. Under this agreement, Unifi TV will begin broadcasting HBO, HBO Hits, HBO Family and Cinemax.
For your information, previously, in early March 2026, Astro ended the broadcast of the four channels. And now it seems that the channels will be offered exclusively through Unifi TV. In addition to these channels, Unifi TV users also receive access to the HBO Max streaming platform with this package for as low as RM21 per month (actual price RM39 per month), making this subscription something very worthwhile.
In parallel with this introduction, Unifi TV is now offering free access to all 4 HBO channels until April 4, 2026 for all Unifi TV customers. In addition to general users, Unifi TV is now also offering access to HBO and Cinemax channels for hotels.
