There is no further delay, instead JPJ now confirms that the single sign-on system for the MyJPJ application using MyDigital ID will be fully implemented on the set date starting 1 May 2026.
This means that all users will need to use MyDigital ID to access the application on that date. This official announcement was made through the latest update on the JPJ Facebook page a short while ago, indicating that the implementation of this new system will indeed take effect without any further delay after being postponed twice since February.
The main purpose of the implementation is to strengthen cyber security while facilitating user access to various JPJ services through a valid and recognized digital identity. At the same time, the MyJPJ application also received an update with a new interface design that is more modern and user-friendly.
This latest version comes with additional features such as MyDigital ID integration for single sign-on, guest mode functionality without the need to log in, smart chatbots available 24/7, and the combination of JPJeBid and JPJeQ services in one platform.
In this regard, all MyJPJ users aged 12 and above are encouraged to register and activate MyDigital ID in line with the full implementation of this system. For MyPR holders, existing login methods will continue to be provided through designated alternative channels.
