The platform provides a complete experience including product review, payment and delivery without having to leave the app. Presto will provide a product catalog and support system including nationwide delivery, while Tune Talk ensures the entire shopping experience runs smoothly with a secure payment system. Tune Talk Points can also be used as part of transactions to make the shopping experience more valuable.
Since the introduction of entertainment content such as Games and Drama in May last year, Tune Talk app usage is said to have increased to an average of 36 minutes per day, which is 400% higher than the global benchmark. With over 1.8 million customers, Tune Talk is leveraging this level of engagement to strengthen its ecosystem as a digital lifestyle platform rather than just a telecommunications connectivity provider.
