Xiaomi 17T Pro Passes SIRIM – Launch Is Getting Closer

The Xiaomi 17T Pro device passed the SIRIM website early last month, which certainly indicates that its launch in Malaysia is getting closer. Not much information about this device is known other than that it uses the serial number 2602EPTC0G. According to the Tech Outlook website, it is a device with the Dimensity 9500 chip.

It is most likely the Redmi K90 Max that was just launched in China this week but rebranded. As a reminder, the Redmi K90 Max comes with a 6.83″ OLED 1.5K screen with a 165Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. This is paired with the Dimensity 9500 chip, up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage and a 8,550mAh battery that supports 100W charging.

Typically, the Xiaomi T series offers flagship performance at a more affordable price. But the global RAM crisis will cause all the prices of this year's devices to be more expensive than last year's models. We just have to wait for an official announcement from Xiaomi on when the Xiaomi 17T Pro will be launched.
