Meta is ready to offer their video editing application, Edits, for Android and iPhone, allowing users to easily edit, and then publish videos directly to platforms under Meta such as Instagram and Facebook. Now, in addition to mobile devices, Meta also expressed its intention to offer their software on desktop.
With this move, it will further facilitate the cross-device editing process, in addition to becoming a more solid competitor to CapCut. Some users are also more comfortable editing on desktop than on mobile devices.
However, Meta has not yet shared when Edits will be offered for desktop.
