AutoCharge is now available on Gentari Go for all users at selected Gentari direct current (DC) fast charger networks nationwide. The announcement was made by Gentari via their official Facebook page today.
The launch of this feature also comes with attractive rewards as part of the launch promotion. With AutoCharge, users no longer need to go through old steps such as scanning QR codes, using RFID cards or opening the app repeatedly. Instead, the process is simpler by simply connecting the cable to the car, letting it charge and continuing on their journey without interruption. This makes the charging experience easier and more user-friendly.
Gentari has also updated the rewards system and improved the app’s security to make the charging experience smoother and safer from start to finish. As a special offer, the first 500 users to complete an AutoCharge session will receive RM10 Go Credits.
The Gentari Go app was previously announced in 2024 and is now a platform for electric vehicle users in Malaysia. To date, Gentari operates more than 500 EV charging points in Malaysia and over 1,000 charging points in Malaysia, India and Thailand. Through the EV charging network collaboration function, users also have access to over 5,000 EV charging points across the region for a more accessible charging experience.
