The PMX AI artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot service launched by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is still down this morning despite originally being promised to be back up at 8pm yesterday. PMX AI has been down since last Sunday, a day after it was launched by the Prime Minister on Saturday.
If the chatbox was contacted today, it was unable to provide any answers to the questions asked. It simply said the system was still undergoing the final update process and users should wait for a media release for an official announcement. No date was given when it is expected to be back up. The reason why the service was down a day after its launch has also not been revealed.
PMAX AI is an AI avatar trained using data so that it can answer questions like the real Prime Minister. It was developed by Zetrix AI as an effort to allow the people to contact PMX even in the AI avatar version only.
