Shein Targets IPO Listing at $25 Billion – A Quarter of Its Value in the Last 4 Years

Shein is an online company focused on offering clothes with a concept of instant design and fast-changing. It has its own fans and customers, especially those who want to get clothes at a cheaper price than others, but with the latest styles.

Shein once reached a value of nearly $100 billion, and even offered Amazon and Google to buy a stake in the company. However, with Shein's development starting to level off, in addition to several countries starting to crack down on e-commerce platforms that sell cheap Chinese goods, it indirectly affected Shein.

Now, Shein is seen aiming to list in Hong Kong at a value of around $25 billion. Shein wants to earn around $2 billion through this listing. The company, founded in 2012, also has a stake in the Forever 21 brand, and various other clothing brands.

Recently, revenue has been seen to grow very slowly for Shein, and of course with this IPO intention, the entire world and the industry will be watching the market's reaction to this e-commerce brand.
