Shopee users in Malaysia can now make payments using TNG eWallet by selecting DuitNow QR on the payment page before completing the transaction.
Citing the official website, the payment process can be done through two methods. First, users can save or take a screenshot of the QR code generated by Shopee before opening it in the TNG eWallet application. Second, they can directly scan the code using the Universal Scan function in the application. This step helps facilitate online transactions and supports the development of the digital payment ecosystem in Malaysia.
Not to be missed, users also have the opportunity to enjoy additional rewards through the Shop & Earn campaign which offers 1% cashback with a limit of RM6.67 for each order. However, there are certain categories of purchases that are not eligible for cashback. Therefore, users are encouraged to check first before transacting.
