BlackBerry Gemini and Bellagio were crazy in the world, have you ever used them?

BlackBerry Gemini and Bellagio, these two cellphones were very popular in the world. Even during its first sale, it caused chaos.

BlackBerry Gemini

BlackBerry Curve 8520 or better known as Gemini was officially introduced in September 2009, and on October 14, 2009 visited the country.

After being released, this phone immediately sold like hotcakes in the country. Whereas previously this device made by a Canadian company was priced quite expensive.

Another allure because Gemini is the first BlackBerry to use a soft trackpad instead of a track ball for navigation. For typing, this phone still uses a full-QWERTY keyboard.

In addition to standard BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) features for accessing 10 email accounts and BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) for enterprise IT security and administration features, this phone offers new features for multimedia. The feature is called BlackBerry Media Sync which will make it easier for users to synchronize music from iTunes or Windows Media Player with the user's Gemini smartphone.

About the kitchen spur, BlackBerry Gemini is powered by a 512 MHz processor combined with 256 MB of RAM. While the internal memory is only 2 GB, there is a microSD slot that supports up to 32 GB.

On the back is a 2 MP camera that has zoom capability and can record video. This phone is also equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack and Bluetooth 2.0 connection. Unfortunately Gemini does not support 3G/HSDPA networks, this phone operates on the EGDE/GPRS/GSM network (850/900/1800/1900 MHz).

BlackBerry Bold 9790 or Bellagio was announced on November 15, 2011. Indonesia became the first country in the world to sell this phone.

BlackBerry Bellagio officially entered Indonesia on November 25, 2011.

In its first sale, the BlackBerry Bellagio was priced at half the price for the first thousand. No doubt so many people who want to have it.

This also triggered a riot in the initial sales area, which was then located at Pacific Place. Thousands of people jostled uncontrollably so that the police and security guards were overwhelmed. Many even fainted.

This incident was widely reported, even to the well-known media in foreign countries. In an official statement, Research In Motion (RIM - before changing its name to BlackBerry) admitted that they did not expect everything to end like that. They also expressed their regret.

"We deeply regret that many of RIM's loyal customers have experienced frustration and disappointment, some have even been injured," said RIM.

Blackberry Bellagio offers attractive specifications. This phone carries a touch screen but still retains the physical QWERTY keyboard that characterizes BlackBerry devices.

The screen itself has a 2.45-inch stretch with a resolution of 480 x 360 pixels. Powered by a 1.2 GHz processor combined with 768 MB RAM.

The internal memory is 8 GB and is equipped with a microSD slot that supports up to 32 GB. It has a 5 MP camera and a 1,230 mAh battery.

So, do any of you use BlackBerry Gemini or Bellagio?
