Twitter Employees Will Be Surprised Led by Elon Musk, Why?

Working on Twitter so far is said to be quite relaxing. There is even a policy that some employees may work from home or WFH at any time. That could change when Elon Musk is in control.

Twitter has been widely referred to as a company that is balanced for employees in working and living their lives. But that could all be a thing of the past and Twitter employees would be shocked.

Under the leadership of Elon Musk, the Tesla and SpaceX companies are known to be quite haunted. Known as a hard worker and sometimes even sleeps in factories, Elon Musk is reportedly very demanding of his employees.

Even when there was a policy of closing offices in California during the Corona pandemic, Elon Musk protested it. In the past, he was also reported to have a hobby of yelling at employees.

The book about Elon Musk and Tesla entitled Power Play: Tesla, Elon Musk and the Bet of the Century by Wall Street Journal journalist Tim Higgins contains various 'ulcers' of Elon Musk, although of course the truth still needs to be proven.

One of them discusses Elon who likes to get angry at Tesla employees, even swearing. Even though they have a high workload and often work overtime, Elon doesn't want to complain because he also works hard.

"I could be on my private island with supermodels naked and drinking, but I don't," she said, as quoted by the Daily Mail, Friday (29/4/2022).

In 2016, he lashed out at an executive who asked Tesla employees to be given time off. "I'm also in the factory and work really hard, so I don't want to hear about how hard other people in the factory work," he said.

If the employee's job is considered to be lacking in rice, Elon Musk does not hesitate to yell. Higgins recounted that Musk once lashed out at Tesla's engineering team one after another for considering their work as trash. "Who the f*** you are," he shouted.

In one manager, Elon Musk was dissatisfied with his job so he scolded him too. "I thought I fired you yesterday," he said. Nothing wrong if Twitter employees feel anxious.
