Serpent Canyon 12th Generation Intel NUC Computer Specifications Smashed


Intel's NUC (Next Unit of Computing) series of computers is expected to receive a 12th generation addition called Serpent Canyon and will be fully powered by Intel's CPU and GPU offerings.



The Serpent Canyon computer frame is expected to come in at 2.5 liters and be powered by an Intel Core i7-12700H CPU as well as an Intel Arc Alchemist 770M graphics card where the CPU component is a powerful laptop component, as opposed to a CPU series that uses a lower amount of power.



The CPU used is displayed with a total of 14 cores and can also be driven as much as 4.7GHz on the performance core and 3.5GHz on the efficiency core. This chip is also seen to use slightly higher power at 45W, but still offers a lot of power savings while providing good performance.



This computer is also seen to come with support for the latest platforms such as Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.0, USB 3.2 Type-A and WiFi 6. For now it is still unknown when Intel will start selling their newest NUC computer. .
