The 'Kebaya Merah' video actor was named a suspect. The nasty video had previously gone viral on social media and had topped the trending topic on Twitter.
Well, for those of you who received the immoral video, it's better to stop at you! Don't join in the spread because you can be subject to the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE). Even if it is distributed to only one person, be prepared to be entangled in Article 27 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law which carries a penalty of 6 years in prison.
Article 27 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law regulates the prohibition of distributing, transmitting, and/or making accessible electronic information or documents that are charged with violating decency.
According to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights website, in addition to the ITE Law, there is also a Pornography Law that can threaten those who produce immoral videos. Precisely in Article; 4 paragraph (1) of the Pornography Law which prohibits anyone from producing, making, reproducing, duplicating, distributing, broadcasting, importing, exporting, offering, trading, renting, or providing pornography which explicitly contains:
intercourse, including deviant intercourse;
sexual violence;
masturbation or masturbation;
nudity or an impressive display of nudity;
genitals; or
child pornography.
The police have named the actors in the 'red kebaya' video as suspects, they are ACD and AH. To detikJatim, Direskrimsus Polda Jatim Kombes M Farman confirmed this.
"Yes, already (suspects)," he said. The two suspects have now been detained but no details of the articles and threats of punishment have been disclosed.
