Acer Nitro XV5 is the latest gaming monitor launched by Acer today. Two versions are produced with one with a 27″ 4K 144Hz screen and a 27″ 1440p 160Hz screen. Both can also be overclocked to 200Hz with an IPS LCD panel.
For gamers, AMD FreeSync Premium support is also provided. There is an HMDI 2.1 port that allows visuals from modern consoles to be displayed at settings up to 4K 120Hz. As a modern monitor, connection via USB-C can also be done with a power output of up to 65W.
Another interesting feature is that there is a sensor on the lower bezel of the monitor that activates the built-in light. It can then be turned off again by doing the hand under the same sensor. Acer says the Nitro XV5 will be marketed in Europe first at a starting price of €399 (~RM1689) apiece.
