Altman said that not many people took Meta's bait, but in a recent Wired report, OpenAI is currently in the process of "recalibrating compensation" to prevent employees from being lured by Meta. In other words, OpenAI staff salaries will be reviewed in the near future.
Several researchers at OpenAI have welcomed the high compensation offers. OpenAI management has now held meetings with other employees who have received similar offers but have not yet jumped to their competitors.

Among the steps taken to bridge the gap with OpenAI and Google is to buy half of Scale AI, which offers data for AI training, for $14.3 billion. As a result, Google, Microsoft and xAI reportedly want to end their relationship with Scale AI.
