OpenAI today officially introduced their latest offering, called ChatGPT Agent. Through it, it allows artificial intelligence to perform a number of tasks based on user requests, thus making user tasks easier.
Among the things that ChatGPT Agent can do are including web browsing, data analysis, presentation document generation, code execution, and so on. In this way, it functions as your virtual assistant that can perform a number of tasks, all through the same window.
For example, you can ask it to download a document on the web and then analyze and make modifications, before presenting only the data you need to you. Through the example provided by OpenAI, it shows ChatGPT Agent can browse the web for wedding invitations, analyze it and recommend the required clothes.
ChatGPT Agent is targeted for multi-tasking in performing something, and usually takes around 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Sometimes it will also ask the user additional questions before continuing.
This ChatGPT Agent is offered for ChatGPT Pro users first, and is expected to be introduced to ChatGPT Plus soon.
