The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro have finally been launched globally after their launch in China a few weeks ago. Both devices come with flagship-class offerings and run OriginOS 6 which officially replaces FunTouch OS. However, the battery capacity for the global version is found to be smaller than the previous Chinese version.
The Vivo X300 Pro is equipped with a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 4500nits. It is paired with a Mediatek Dimensity 9500 chip, 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.
The device runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 which replaces FunTouchOS, thus marking the official entry of OriginOS into the global market. For the record, OriginOS was previously only available for devices in China.
The camera system consists of a combination of 200MP + 50MP + 50MP on the rear while the front camera has a resolution of 50MP. It is also equipped with a 5440mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. The body of the device also passes the IP68/69 standard for additional protection against water and dust.

The device runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, and is equipped with a 5360mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging. The camera system consists of a combination of 200MP + 50MP + 50MP on the back while the selfie is 50MP. It also supports IP68/69 standards as a complement to the protection.
Vivo Malaysia seems to have begun to hint at the presence of the X300 series in the local market but the launch date has not yet been officially announced.
