A few days ago we reported that Lenovo said that they will not be releasing new updates to the Lenovo Legion Go series of gaming devices powered by AMD Ryzen Z1 processors because they have not been updated by AMD since August.
Recently, ASUS seems to have updated their ASUS ROG Ally X console, with an update to their graphics processing chip with the V32.0.22029.13001 update. Although this is a new update, it also confirms that AMD has not released any new updates for the software since the middle of last year.
This is because with this update, ASUS is still using the 22029 update branch, when AMD's graphics driver for Windows already showed the V32.0.23 update branch. Until now it is not known if it is true that AMD has no longer released performance updates for the AMD Ryzen Z1 series of processors, especially since the processor is almost three years old.
